The typical subfloor routine includes grinding of the concrete screed and the application of self-levelling or smoothing compound. To manage quality floor covering installations in areas that are prone high moisture levels in the concrete screed due to hydrostatic pressure, we offer the STOPGAP F77 High Performance Waterproof Surface Membrane.

Stopgap F77 is a single coat system which is effective up to relative humidity levels as high as 98% and is suitable for a wide range of vinyl flooring installations.  The solvent-free, two-part epoxy resin system is pigmented metallic black to aid an uniform coverage and results in an impervious barrier between the subfloor and the new floor covering.
