access3® Tactile Systems are available as rubber tiles or as stainless steel elements, and are installed on the floor as indicators to act as guidance for the visually impaired.
The system fully complies with the Hong Kong Buildings Department Design Manual - “Hong Kong Barrier Free Access 2008, Division 4, Access Route”.
access3® tactile rubber tiles consist of 3 main profiles which are ideal for fire escape staircases of buildings.
- Directional Indication Tile (DT3)
- Positional Indication Tile (PT3)
- Hazard Warning Indication Tile (WT3E) embossed studs
access3® stainless steel tactile systems are designated for installation in tiles, marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete, carpet, timber and most hard flooring surfaces. They are widely used in high-traffic public areas such as hotels, office buildings, museums and shopping malls.
